  • Customer Service is extremely poor. They are all about collecting the fees when you sign up but when you have a problem you can't even get a call back. While the facility is nice, in my mind gyms are a service business. Happy customers should be first and foremost. Not here. They could honestly care less. I'll be canceling my membership. What a shame that they can't put the same effort into helping customers that they do in signing you up.
