  • Unprofessional customer service. No direction or greetings. The car wash itself was not worth the Ultimate VIP Package. There was still a plastic cup sitting in the front seat after a full interior wash--the cup holders weren't cleaned out and there were still little pieces of paper in the backseat. Probably worth $15..not $40 Wouldn't recommend this location at all.
