  • I visited my cousin who lives here and I gotta say it's pretty nice! I was visiting from Long Beach, Cali and roughly $520 for a 2 bedroom is a dream! That's a flipping room for rent in the LBC! This place allows pets with a deposit, has a pool, laundry, and ample parking. I thought it was a great deal but utilities are not included and the nearest golden spoon is 3 miles away -_- *sigh* The utilities not be including really sucks though, Vegas is a place where you need a/c or heat so if I was to live here this would present a problem.
