  • This place is mediocre at its best. Was in Henderson for an appt and decided to stop in to get my nails done. I wanted a full acrylic set with design not too complicated, besides their services day they offer all types of nail services from color dips to designs so you can imagine my surprise when I showed the lady what I wanted and her first response was "oh gosh you want all that". Then she continued to complain the whole time about how cold my hands were.. I'm sorry do you want them hot and sweaty? Can't you put on gloves like everyone else? Then 1/2 way through my appt she tells me oh I have to put you with another tech because my next client is here and I can't make them wait. Okay BUT YOU SAID YOU HAD TIME FOR A FULL SET THO? So now here I am showing my design I wanted to the new tech who was really nice about it and she did her best. Ana really is the only reason I gave this place a 2. Although the designed used gold tape (which by the way they told me doesn't last on nails which is why they used polish instead)... hmm I've had tape designs before from other salons.. they've lasted everytime .. but oh I guess YOUR shop is different lol. Won't be back. Oh and the kicker I had to pay 2 separate times 30.00 for the full set and a whopping $40.00 for the design which by the way they don't even use Swarovski crystals so I paid $70.00 for this service which if I'm paying this much as I have at other places, I better be paying for real crystals and not the ones we can buy from Walmart. Pic on left is my hand right is the design I wanted... like I said not to difficult to do but apparently for this shop it was.
