I just spent two hours on the phone with a man named Michael from a call centre in Guatemala and he was unbelievably helpful in rectifying a billing error that I had enquired about. He patiently thought out each and every possible scenario for why this error happened and we were able to track it back to a person at the Apple Store altered my plan unintentionally and my phone wasn't being covered anymore for long distance. Long story short I'm thankful that people like Michael work for Telus.
