  • So far I am very satisfied with my experience. I had an optical exam with Dr Chen. He was professional and personable. The staff answered my questions and I was called in on time. They offered extras but did not pressure me to do further testing. Then I was handed over to the optical store where I worked with Tasha. She answered all questions, explained everything thoroughly and was a pleasure to deal with. Again all options explained without undue pressure. Easy and pleasant to pick out the right frames in my price range. Discount on a pair of Rx sunglasses. They offer a fair package price but they also accept an AARP discount. Tasha crunched the numbers to make sure the final price worked out for the best. Totally happy for now. Will take 10-14 days for glasses to come in. I'll try to update this review and I feel that with the updated technology that they will come out right.
