  • I had a 10:00 am appointment Saturday, August 19th. I arrived about 5 minutes early, the receptionist wasn't in yet so the stylist closest to the door asked who I was there for, I told her and she said that stylist was just finishing up with a client. I took a seat and waited. The client left and the stylist and the now present receptionist started chatting about a trip to Georgia. Waiting. Still talking. Waiting. Still talking. I was the ONLY person in the waiting area! No acknowledgement! I asked where the restroom was, went in, came back, STILL talking! Finally, at 10:25, I walked out! I understand waiting a bit, but, no acknowledgement! Very disappointed! These ladies need major help in the Customer Service area!
