  • This rating is solely for the chocolate, gluten free cookie! Not the chocolate chip! Just the cookie that is completely brown like a brownie! This is the love baby conceived by a cookie and a brownie. The shape is, of course, a cookie. But the texture is chewy like a brownie, has a crackly top like a brownie. There's even walnuts like a brownie. It's the best cookie I've ever encountered, and believe me I've had my fair share of cookies! And if this should be categorized as a brownie, it's the best brownie I've ever encountered, and I've also had my fair share! I often book flights with connections in PHX, just to get this cookie! I'll walk from any terminal, just to get this cookie!! BELIEVE ME!! I think it's Gluten Free too and I'm not even about that life! They have it in the large size and also baby sizes. Both are equally good! The place also offers sea salt chocolate chip cookies, butterscotch cookies, etc. All are really good but none compare to the chocolate cookie. Next time I'm in PHX, I'll edit this review with pictures too! :) In terminal 4 or D
