  • The massage and the facials were great..until my guest realized that money had been stolen from his wallet. At some point during his treatment and the transfer of his garment bag from the facial room to the massage room his wallet was removed from his right pants pocket, the cash removed and the wallet replaced in his left pants pocket and the pocket buttoned. Went through a lot of discussion with the Spa Manager and owner. We were forced to make a police report--which we did. The owner would only correspond by email and went on and one about letting the police investigate, taking finger prints off the wallet. We felt like we were the criminals. If you do go I would say closely guard all of your belongings and don't take any valuables or cash in with you.
