Everyone was very friendly. However, we are now dealing with being overcharged on our bill. We went in to rebundle our package. Told them that we wanted everything we had but to rebundle to save some money(we were told to do this by our rep who helped us when we signed up the previous year). We explained that we had cell phone, direct tv, and uverse internet. After waiting on customer service to help them for awhile both the manager and our sales rep came back to us with a new bundle. We now could save $50 per month but would have better internet and digilife(the security system). This seemed too good to be true, so we clarified multiple times before signing that this would include EVERYTHING we currently had in our bundle for this price. Both the manager and sales rep agreed and we decided that this was something we couldn't pass up. Well, now that we are getting our first bill, we are paying $150 MORE than what we were paying! UNBELIEVABLE!! And to top it off, they had to bury a new line for giga power that we were informed would NOT need to be done by the manager. We now have all of this extra equipment installed/drilled into our walls and are being charged over $200 more than what we were originally quoted and there's NOTHING anyone plans to do to fix it! I have never been so disappointed with an experience by a cell phone carrier and I was the one who convinced my husband that we should go back to att, starting to regret this decision.
