rev:text	Ron is the most pleasant, honest person I've had the pleasure of dealing with at any repair facility I've ever been to. Needed a diagnostic to see where a vacuum/exhaust leak was coming from on my 1998 F250. Ron quoted me $98 for the diagnostic and I had no problem with that as I had just spent almost $1000 at another facility to have some work done and they told me they didn't do vacuum/exhaust leaks. The other facility told me it was an exhaust leak and I'd have to take it elsewhere as they didn't do exhaust leaks. I did some research on my own with the codes the check engine light was giving and found out it could potentially be just a vacuum leak. Ron was nice enough to get me in first thing in the morning and said he'd call when they knew anything. A short time later, he called to tell me they found the vacuum leak and that he would not be charging me the entire $98 diagnostic fee! In fact, the repair plus the diagnostic was less than the original fee! I picked up the truck and it runs like new! It is certainly refreshing to find a place where they are honest, dependable and aren't looking to get every last dollar from your wallet. I will recommend Ron and this Firestone location to anyone seeking to have work done on their vehicle. I'm a fan for life...
