  • I don't write reviews often, so when I do it's because of exceptional work/ products. We just bought our home, and needed blinds before our baby arrived. I found Eclipse based on Yelp reviews, and they have lived up to the reputation. Matt, the owner, answered the phone himself on a Sunday afternoon, and then made time to come to our home for a same-day estimate. I knew little about blinds, and he answered ALL of our questions patiently. He helped us make an informed decision about what was best for our home with our priorities in mind (easy to clean, not too expensive, and durable). He is modest, but Matt is both experienced in window treatments and general home construction. He ordered the blinds, installed them ahead of schedule and in perfect timing for our baby's arrival. He even demonstrated the safety features of the break-away drawstring for child safety. He took his time and was very personable. Shortly afterwards, Matt followed up to ensure the blinds were working well and asked about our new baby. We have had the blinds for a few months, and they still look great without any issues. In short, I would use them again and will continue to recommend them to friends/family! Phenomenal customer service, great products and pricing, and reasonable turnaround time--Matt and Eclipse are excellent!
