  • I don't really understand the high reviews for this place. The shop is cute and unique in it's own right, but I can't say much for customer service, since we didn't receive any while we were in-store. Seriously?... NO greeting at all!? I don't know if customer service is important to some, but it says a lot and can go a long way. We even made our way around the shop slowly, taking time to look at everything. I am very familiar with the products they sell, as I grew up with them... Gundam, Hello Kitty, Pokemon, Meiji snacks, etc. I'm from a place where it's Japanese galore! There were two employees at the cash wrap, doing whatever, and not a single peep. A little 'encouragement' would be nice to buy something from this overpriced store. Not sure if I'd be back. One star for being a cute and unique shop, I guess.
