  • 12/22/2012 Edit ยป I bought a Groupon for this place that said it was for a shellac mani/pedi and the service I got was horrible. Firstly, I walked in and the girl doing my service rushed me through picking my colors and said that the more time I spend choosing my color the less time she has to work on me. Also, she said that because it's winter shellac pedicures can be dangerous because they harbor bacteria, so I didn't even get a shellac pedicure I got a regular one. BUT THAT WASN'T EVEN A PEDICURE! The girl barely even wet my feet before removing them for the water, she cut my cuticles and then put the polish on. SINCE WHEN DOES A PEDICURE NOT INCLUDE A FOOT SCRUB? When I made the appointment, I specifically asked if it was a full service pedicure with scrub and all and the lady at the front desk said yes. This place was not only displeasing on the eyes when you walked in, but the customer service was terrible. I would NEVER GO BACK or recommend anyone to this place. FALSE ADVERTISING ON THE GROUPON! It was not a shellac mani/pedi, it was a half-assed job if you ask me. TERRIBLE!
