  • Stood me up on a Saturday ...without a phone call. Then on Monday after they called to confirm 4-8 delivery . I called at 7:30 They said I was 17 out of 22 ( after first saying I was in Tucson ( I live in Mesa) non the less then they stated they still had 40 minutes. They didn't show and NEVER called!! I went to bed finally after 11:00 when I called them I just got a "we are closed message". Next morning I looked for that Hey we are so sorry message ran late but will bring them right out to you....( That was wishful thinking )... NO , I had to call Costco whom got in touch with them and they said that since I have a delivery from Home Depot for a different appliance we will bring it then !! Outrageous!!! They didnt hook up the gas washer dryer because I didnt have a shut off valve . Could have been prepared but only thing I learned reading Costcos web site was that they hooked up washer and dryer. If I was told I needed to supply the shut of valve I would of had it there installed. It took 15 minutes includeing leak test: ( Stay away from doing business and if you buy a GE or try insisting on a different delivery company ... OH wait there isn't one!!! So pick it up or buy a different brand! You will be happier:) Dan F
