  • When we decided in a short time to buy a home for our family of five, soon to be six, we were pretty clueless. Our friend who took care of the loan referred us to Jonathan Budwig and said he would be the perfect fit. She was so right. I was 8 months pregnant when we started looking and we were in a rush to move out before our landlord raised our rent, so we were not the easiest clients to work with I'm sure. We had no idea what to expect but Jonathan made everything seem so seamless. He was very patient throughout the process and I'm so thankful he was by our side through it. I was hormonal, changed my mind constantly, having contractions, feet hurt, back hurt all while looking at houses in 115 degree weather. Thank you Jonathan for putting up with me :) He is the type of Realtor that you want whether it's your first home or fifth home. He makes it feel like you are working with one of your best friends during what can be such a stressful adventure. You rock Jonathan!!!
