  • I've been trying to get a quote from Vickie Falen's office for over a week but no one has gotten back to me. Multiple emails sent, phone calls made & voicemails left bur nothing returned. My only assumption is they are either all dead or the office is closed. Either way I strongly urge you NOT to do business with this office, if this is how a perspective new customer is treated image what it would be like when you need them for a claim. F-
