Disappointed. I went in 2 weeks ago in person to set a stay for my dog and give them paperwork. Girl took all paperwork and we discussed the stay to be a 4 potty break and 1 private play in standard suite. I booked it, and left. My wife was with me, we remember setting the apt and declining the $10 email mid-stay. I even booked grooming- no teeth brushing and standard wash/dry.
when I pick my dog up from her day stay today the same girl said I have no future reservations? Owner said she's "not sure what happened" and the girl who booked me claims I never did. Said it "never made it to the system" we just talked about it. Really? I just know all those details? I'm honestly blown away how they acted like I had never been in.
They've basically called me a liar and now have no openings but a tiny cage for my dog. I'm scrambling to find a place now. I am and was obviously upset as I thought I had her stay arranged and I leave in 5 days.
Clearly this place overbooks and the staff can't confirm an apt. (Owner disagrees per her email to me).
The owner issued a refund for the day stay (gee thanks) but I'm literally screwed with no place to take my dog next week when I'm going out of town for family illness. She has 100 dogs overpaying - why need me? Why fix it? Why do anything?
At this point, if an opening did come up I wouldn't trust them with my dog. If you can't book an apt right how do you take care of my dog? Plus the place was packed full and I'm mad I put her through the day stay now. Stress for no reason.
It's a good thing, they don't deserve my dog if they can't honor an appointment. I'm honestly so confused and shocked...also they really screwed me over with this.
