  • The newly constructed (and some site work still needing to be done ...) hotel is quite nice. The staff was very helpful when I came down to let them know something was broken (at midnight) and moved me to another room rather than send a maintenance guy. Overall the beds are comfy and good, the suites are larger and comfortable. The breakfast is no where as good as the website tells you, expect to go out for breakfast. The eggs and bacon are mediocre at best, the pastries are straight out of a Costco run it felt like and the coffee was horrid. Overall it was better than expected for North Charlotte and I may come back.
