| - I worked with Real Estate Agent George Saiki. He is the most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with, and he created the worst rental experience I've ever encountered. I found an apartment through Zillow and contacted him about renting. After doing everything exactly as he asked; from submitting my application, paying my application fee, passing their credit check, and submitting a $900 deposit, George would not give me more than 24 hours to fully read through the lease and sign. His reasoning for this? "I can't keep the apartment off the market for that long." I'd already paid the holding deposit and jumped through the hoops. I was serious about renting the unit but he acted like I was jerking him around by asking for updates and some more time. He was a patronizing ass who accused me of being ridiculous and that reviewing the lease would not take so long. I explained to him that there were items missing from the lease (like listing my pool and mailbox key), water heater concerns, along with addendums showing an entirely different address -he flat out refused to update the lease. That's the kind of man he is, one who gives little thought to his own reputation, to the quality of his work, and to that of his organization. Do not work with these people, they appear to only care about making a quick buck and when you ask questions or need clarification, all of a sudden you're the pain in the ass. George, put simply, doesn't give a damn about the people he's working with and even less for his clients. He blew a sealed deal with me because he wouldn't show reasonable flexibility and courtesy. He was astoundingly pushy and demonstrated a child-like neediness when aplomb was of the essence. I did not work with him nor Realty Executives and if you're smart, you should not either.
