  • I came here with my husband to make a large purchase for baby shower decorations and was thrilled when the older female cashier told us at check out that if we spent $3 more we would receive 20% off our order, fantastic! I made sure to ask the return policy before I left just in case something didn't work out and I'm glad I did because I ended up having to come back a few hours later to swap out the wrong colored bags. I came back to make a quick return with my receipt and was told I owed money to make an exchange for the exact same bags which were the exact same price just a different color.... Um how about no? The younger female manager who came up to assist the transaction insisted there was nothing she could do because I had received a coupon on the previous order so it was messing with the return on this exchange. I explained I wasn't going to pay a difference to swap out the same bags. Shortly after messing on her computer she says "oh it looks like I can do it." Without even apologing she starts to ask who had helped me earlier and what they looked like. Clearly she would rather argue with a pregnant woman than apologize for the misunderstanding...
