Definitely a hit or miss place. It is really the "last chance" for Nordstrom Department store items that haven't sold at the store or Nordstrom Rack or that have been returned. I usually find that the best items are the shoes and if you need a larger size you might be more likely to have a choice. The good items that are well priced go quickly. It is important to look carefully at anything you are thinking about getting as it may have been a returned item that has been used by someone else-even for awhile. Nordstrom is good about taking returns without questioning the individual which is good for that customer but not necessarily what you might be expecting or wanting. They do get new items in weekly so it is worth checking back now and then. Things get looked through so a bin of purses may have been tossed several times that day and you have to dig through them to find one that is worth your time. It can be crowded and some shoppers have a killer instinct and will knock you over getting to that bargain. If you are patient and have the time to look through things, you might find a gem at a great price. It would not be my first "go-to" it is more close to the title of last chance-after I can't find something I want or need, I'll give it a try.
