We had a family member graduating, we were told Monti's was the place to go, we were excited about all being together and having a nice family dinner. We were told that they could not accommodate all us together and that we had to be split up into different tables, when most of the entire restaurant was empty. We asked several wait staff including management if we could be accommodated, as the restaurant was not full, we were told absolutely not. While we went ahead and were seated as we needed to eat, the food was good, but one of our tables didn't get their food till our other 3 tables were already done eating and ready to leave. When leaving Monti's, the restaurant was still unoccupied, with a large amount of guests waiting in their lobby waiting to be seated. Customer service needs lots of help.
