  • We had a confirmed appointment for $1000.00 worth of services. I took the afternoon off from work. They never called or showed and lied when I finally reached the office regarding calling me to reschedule. When I tried contacting them the next day, no one ever returned my call despite the fact that the receptionist said a manager would be getting right back to me.
