  • The management at PBB personally reached out to me after the previous episode which was not very pleasant. Not only did they apologize about the incident, but they also gave me tips to make the scabbing go away and asked me for my suggestions on improving their treatment the next time I come in as well. They asked me to come back once again to give them another try, which I did. This time I got an underarm, full arms and upper lip wax. I was very pleased with the service which was done very efficiently, painlessly and Christie overall did a good job. I was also happy to see that they incorporated my suggestions as well !
