I began my training 6 weeks ago after a year of not attending the gym. I was fed up with how I felt and looked and knew I needed someone to help me make a change. Sidney has helped me improve in multiple areas. I have a partial tear in my rotator cuff and he was able to show me some new stretches and exercises that helped tremendously with my range of motion. My endurance, speed and strength have all improved. I've achieved all these results going to his gym 3-4x per week. Anytime I have a question about my diet I just send him a text and he responds quickly. I have lost 13lbs in 6 weeks.I am excited to see what new results I can achieve under his continued guidance.
