  • I have long been tired of Leslie's and their obscenely high prices, high pressure sales and uninformed employees. I needed to replace my filter cartridges and looked up what the price would be before I went down to my neighborhood Leslie's. They wanted $560 for the set of four cartridges when a whole new unit would be $800. A quick search turned up the set of cartridges are easily available for under $250. I called Fresh Pool Supply and they had them for $215 and because they didn't want to waste my time, instead of just confirming they had them in stock by looking at the computer, they went and visually confirmed they had them in stock. Even though Fresh Pool Supply is a 25 minute drive away from me, I will gladly make the trek for all of my pool needs and will never spend another dime at Leslie's.
