  • If you want to splurge on yourself, this is the place to do it! Top-notch service from check-in to check-out. Aesthetically the facilities are plain, simple, kind of dull and muted, but clean. When you arrive, you are assigned a spa attendant who is like a butler catering to all your spa needs. I requested for chilled aromatherapy towels to enjoy while lounging in the whirlpool and it was delivered to me with a smile. Showers and changing areas are constantly cleaned. The experience showers were a complete let-down though. Five seconds only and it was loud and unrelaxing. The temps were either too warm of too cold. I wish they just invested on rain showers or something. I opted for the Stress Buster and it was the best spa treatment I've received thus far. I had the option to customize the oils to be used and my therapist really used the best techniques to address my troubled areas. All in all, an excellent experience. I'm an avid spa-goer and the main things that attract me are the combination of excellent customer service, clean and functional facilities and an attentive therapist who has their techniques down and The Spa met all those requirements for me. The spa definitely lives up to its Forbes Five Diamond rating.
