Can I give zero stars? Today, my flight was delayed almost 2 hours and not a single flight attendant could tell any of the passengers why. When I arrived to my connecting flight airport, the flight attendant told me they were holding the flight for me. I ran to the gate only to find it had left 15 minutes ago. I was directed to the customer service counter, where I was told the next flight out wouldn't get me to my destination until the next afternoon. *GREAT.* I am flying across the country to attend a home inspection on a house I recently bought. Now, I am missing that as well as other meetings I had planned. American Airlines, you just lost a customer of 10 years.
