  • Completely rude receptionist on the phone. She answered the phone with an annoyed sigh and the asked what I needed, then put me on hold for 5 mins, just to pick up and ask what I needed again, and when I said I wanted to schedule 3 appointments, she said that would take a really long time and immediately put me back on hold, for another 10 mins. I actually gave up. I will not be using this facility for my eye needs.
