The service is OK. I went into the drive thru to get my husband a tall hot latte with a quarter of caffeine and the other 3 quarters decaf because he can't have a lot of caffeine. I know one shot doesn't sound like a lot but to those that can't have much caffeine hopefully understand. So, I politely asked for the order and instantly the girl tending to the drive thru changed her attitude to the worst. She told me my order was not possible and told me that's all she could do. I could understand if what I asked was impossible but I have been ordering this for a while now without any issues! But that didn't bother me. Her attitude with me upset me. When I went to the window she wouldn't even greet me or look at me and just handed my coffee off. If you're going to work in customer service then please be nice to those who are nice to you. I was not mean to her at all. I was even polite when she refused to make my order the way I asked. I just don't understand why she had the attitude.
