  • Fantastic customer service, beginning with my first call to the company and speaking with the "guy from Queens, NY" (sorry I forgot your name), to the call from Carla to confirm Sean, the technician, was on his way. Sean replaced a soft water system, never tried to upsell me on parts I didn't need, was able to use all the existing connectors, as they were in good condition, and was 100% honest with his estimate. Sean went above and beyond with helping me to dispose of the old system, even taking the new system box away rather than leave it for trash removal on Monday. Thank you all for coordinating and arriving withiin 5 hours of my call on a busy day, my family appreciates you! If you need honesty, excellent service and workmanship - this should be your only call!
