  • Yesterday, I started to hear an ugly noise coming from my brakes. It came out the blue, but it sounded bad and I know it needed to be looked at ASAP. I knew it was a long shot since it was so late in the day, but I called the office around 4:00pm and asked if they could take a look at my truck, I spoke to Chris D. and he told me to come in and he would take a look. When I got into the shop, it was about 4:50pm and I had my 7-month old son with me. They took the time to look over my brakes. Afterwards, Chris carefully explained my options. He went over what I needed to get fixed ASAP and what could wait. I ended up needing to get my front brakes and rotors replaced. I explained my financial situation to Chris and he worked out a great deal for me. He almost made note that, since I had my son with me, that it was important that he get us home safe. We got everything done the same day and didn't leave the shop until about 7:00pm (they closed at 6:00pm). I am extremely grateful for the excellent service and time I received from this location today. Thanks to Chris and the mechanic that worked on my truck for their top notch service!
