  • Disgraceful customer service. The manager refused to look me in the eye. #`1 My daughter sent Xmy wife a blouse $135.90 through their catalog size Xlarge. #2 They sent XXL #3, Of course, it did not fit and the color was not to her taste. #4 We went back today and asked for a refund they said NO, basically hell NO #5 The Bill was $135.90 + shipping $15.95 + tax $13.06 = $164.91, no mention of anything else. #6 Scottsdale tax is NOT 9.6% they charged it is 7.95% hmmm #7 Shipping well it is what it is, seemed a little high #8 When we got to return the item they would only give us a gift card BUT only $140 back WHAT!!!!! vs $164.40 #9 They said they gift wrapped the gift (A BOX). No mention on the bill #10 Basically they kept part of the tax they charged initially. #11 Basically they kept $8.96 tax and they said we cant get the shipping back. #12 NOTE: No mention of special wrapping was discussed in the billing. OK they have some nice stuff but they are not the only woman's store in Kierland. Beware, I am writing the president of Soft Surroundings, Tara Ellefto discuss my dissatisfaction.
