My 2012 328i had a warranty expiring I was about 200 miles from 50k. So I went in two Saturday's ago to speak to Dean who I'm guessing works in the department of extended warranty's. We spoke and he explained my options and told me to email him my decision by days ends and he could complete the deal via email/Internet. I left the dealership around 9:45 am. Sent him an email at 10:28 am that same day with some more questions before I purchased the warranty. Of course no response. Called left message and no response. Now two weeks later in out of warranty and there is problems with the car. Just feel like I got hosed. Horrible customer service
