  • Please be aware of the fact that it is all about business here at Apple Dental and your oral health comes second. Although I had serious periodontal problems and infected gums, Dr. Paik suggested to replace a six or seven-unit bridge right away without addressing the problem. Then I sought for a second opinion and changed my dentist immediately, since the second dentist referred me to a periodontist first and told me that he would not treat me without getting my problems solved first! I was lucky to have found a dentist with professionalism and some integrity. I then had surgery to address the issues with my gums and upper jaw bones before even going back for the bridge work. Although I acknowledge and respect Dr. Paik's expertise and experience, I don't think he cares much about one's oral health. He is a profit-driven businessman first, then a medical professional! I also know that they offered my wife free laser cleaning on the condition that she provides an excellent online review! My wife did not do it, of course.
