Pho has slowly been gaining steam, but will never take the place of Chinese or Sushi in American diets. The rest of the menu on a "real" Vietnamese restaurant is not ready to be presented to the masses. Rice Paper makes a mediocre attempt to bring the popular dishes to the forefront. The spring roll selection is impressive, but not too flavorful. The pho is decent, but overpriced, like everything else. I have not been able to sample the remaining house dishes and will most likely not return to experience. The cocktails were poorly made, but the service was very friendly. If you're a food newbie, this is a great place to start your culinary adventures. If you're already an adventurous foodie, look elsewhere (Da Vang).
