It was very easy to plan a wedding with the staff at Chapel of the Flowers. We were looking for a simple, sweet service. That is what we got. We got the basic package for about $400. You are pretty much paying for a half an hour time slot in one of their three chapels. We had about 25 guests (you're only allowed 30) so it worked out perfectly.
The venue was the least cheesy stand-alone chapel I could find (online)in Vegas. The website is a very good representation of what the chapel is in-person. The staff are professional and nice. It does feel a bit rushed, but come on... it's a Vegas wedding. What do you expect?
Yes, you are 'encouraged' to tip your minister, limo driver, and photographer a minimum amount. It's all worth it in the end. We decided to go a little over the suggested tip amount because they were so great. The pictures turned out amazing. I would recommend adding a photo package onto your ceremony package before your actual ceremony day or else the only options you have for your posed photos are paying $10+ for each pose or putting out $595 for the disk with all the photo files on it. That was more than what our actual ceremony cost. The only pictures that are included in your package are ones from the ceremony. You will probably end up wanting a few of the posed photos because they turn out so well.
I highly recommend this chapel to anyone who is looking for a reasonable priced wedding that does not include Elvis. Very classy, clean, and professional!
