  • We were in an unfamiliar part of town for our son's science competition, and found Doglicious Hot Dogs on Yelp. Don't be put off by the fact it's attached to a gas station: it's a great place. We were greeted by the friendly and conscientious owner. It's obvious that she wants you to feel welcome, and will answer any questions you have about the menu. Their all-beef hot dogs and Schreiner sausages are prepared in a variety of unique, gourmet ways. I like more basic stuff, but enjoyed my chili cheese dog. The hot dog had a nice snap to it, and I liked the added touch of sprinkling Frito shards on the chili. They serve air fries: fries cooked by hot air and sprinkled with seasoned salt. Everything was great. They also serve sandwiches and salads if you don't want a hot dog. It's nice to see a small business put a lot of thought and care into what they're doing. We would definitely return if we find ourselves in this part of town again.
