  • We have sold a few properties with the Gluch Group as our realtor. We recently bought and sold a property in North Central Phoenix. It was a run down mid-century modern house that needed a complete re-do! Thats exactly the kind of house we were looking for and even though there were multiple offers on the property the Gluch Group helped us get the house and under asking price!! We were able to get in and restore and remodel it into something that we thought was amazing. Best part of this deal is that the Gluch Group secured us a buyer while we were still in construction (which relieved a lost of stress for us as we knew we had a great option for a buyer because of their outstanding work). House came in with a low appraisal and it threatened the deal . But Gluch Group came through and got a new lender involved and got the deal to the closing table. This deal definitely wouldn't have happened without their help and excellence. Also about a year ago they helped us on another flip. It was a larger property around 15th and Northern and again was a major update inside to the finishes. Gluch Group helped us secure that property at a reasonable price and was able to sell it in less than 60 days. It was the highest sale in the area and has spurred other remodels in that neighborhood since. Again the Gluch Group came through and made this deal happen! In total we have used the Gluch Group as our agents to buy and sell about 10 different properties in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Gilbert and Chandler as either rentals or flips. In the Phoenix and Scottsdale area its especially tough to find deals that make sense but the diligence the Gluch Group shows in finding properties through their connections and their innovated search criteria is something that helps us be successful in flipping homes!!
