  • School... huh. How in the world do I give school five stars, you ask? Well, because of the instructors, that's how. Specifically, one instructor in general who teaches many of the classes... and that instructor is Randy Helfman. Technically, Randy teaches all of the classes, but you most likely will end up with other instructors for some of your classes too. I took the real estate license 9-day crash course. It was non-stop morning and afternoon classes for 9 straight weekdays (as the name would imply)... and is the way to go if your schedule allows for it. The course is set up like a bar review course (for those non-attorneys, this means that they give you a crapload of information and it is strictly geared toward what you will need to pass the school and state exams). And they also throw in practical advice and bring in guests to share tips and best practices with you. My only suggestion is for a little bit more explanation as to the layout of the course schedule prior to the first class. They do not teach in order of the chapters (which is fine), but a little more explanation on why they do that (or a written syllabus explaining such) would be great just so students understand WHY they teach courses in the order they do. I'm a pretty bright guy, but they do a review of another class at the beginning of many classes and oftentimes the review was of a class that I had not yet taken. Just a bit confusing, that's all. Overall, there are a handful of schools/courses that provide the necessary 90-hour curriculum to sit for the state exam, but I strongly recommend this school! FIVE STARS!
