  • Natalie the "patient coordinator" is rude over the phone. Will charge you a $75 fee for re-scheduling your appointment 24 hours ahead even if it is an emergency - that is poor patient centred care. They have an incentive program which they bribe their patients with giftcards for referring other people to their clinic which gives me the impression that they only care about your money and getting new patients in. Any medical office who makes their patients pay a cancellation fee with that big of a time gap is inconsiderate and should really think about what kind of image that portrays on them.
