  • My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience choosing our engagement ring here with Greg. From the very first moment it never felt pushy or like I was being sold something, more that they were genuinely there to help us find what was best for US, not them. After looking at several rings within our budget, and not seeing the one I had my heart set on (a Scott Kay ring that was becoming increasingly hard to find) I showed them a picture and they let me know their jeweler could just custom make it for me. At first I was very nervous about the custom, and Greg and the jeweler Peter were very patient with us and very kindly put up with all of our worrying without making us feel that we were being bothersome. The price for the custom ring was far more reasonable than I would have thought, and I was able to get my dream ring for a price that was well within our budget. To help stay within our price range we asked if we could set the ring with a CZ as the center stone for now, and later upgrade it to a diamond and Greg was more than happy to accommodate us without pushing us to buy a diamond, or making us feel any less valued as customers. We will definitely be returning here to pick out our wedding bands (and diamond) when the time comes, and will recommend them to anyone we know who is getting engaged
