At best, all I can say is that I'm not an "Over Easy" fan. I've been to this location twice and will never go again. Their service was good; we sat outside in their patio both times.
My first time there was with my wife and she ordered one of their omelets (I don't remember which one) that she thought was not very good. I had what they called "Chilaquiles" which is a mixture of tortillas, ranchero sauce, chicken, sour cream and cheddar cheese topped with 2 eggs. This sounded wonderful. Unfortunately it was simply a couple eggs served over what seemed to be low-grade packaged 'Tortilla Chips'; although I was told they were homemade. They had melted some cheese and put sauce and sour cream on top of it, but it was (in my opinion) awful. I ate less than half of it. I was so sorry I had selected this.
A month later I had a friend that wanted to go there. I told him my previous experience, but he'd heard great things about this place and was insistent that we go. I ordered there "House Made Corned Beef Hash" which was so salty I again couldn't finish but half of my order. My friend looked over their menu (which includes a lot of fancy names for standard items) and asked "Do you have anything like a breakfast burrito?" The waitress said they did but it was under sandwiches and was called their "Selena." That's what he ordered.
When our wait person left he asked me "why didn't they simply call it a breakfast burrito rather than attempt to make it sound foo-foo?" I responded "You're the one that wanted to come here."
I, my wife and my friend will never go back. This place is definitely for the more sophisticated, higher-class Scottsdale folks. Not low-lives like me.
