I purchased a Kong bed, advertised indestructible and she destroyed it with less than a month. I made a few attempts to find a solution for the problem, i was told by a store cashier that i had to contact Kong directly, so i wrote an email to customer service and they told me that i had to file a formal complaint with Pet Smart customer service. After a few days after my complaint was filed, the store manager from the Summerlin store on Charleston blvd, called me apologizing for the inconvenience and offer to replace the bed with a new one.
I am very satisfied with the final result.
