My first experience here wasn't horrible. However, my complaints are two fold. First, the wait times are way too long. As others have said, it's standard to wait close to an hour for a quick appointment, which I think is unacceptable. Also, I regularly have to wait 30-60 minutes on the phone to speak to a representative when I call. Lastly, their patient portal is almost useless. I recently had a referral sent to the wrong office and sent a message through the patient portal giving the correct office information but when I called to follow up (and waited 54 minutes) I was told the messages in the portal "go to someone else" and I had to wait 48 hours for the referral, basically making miss my appointment, even though it was their fault. Also, the patient portal contains sensitive patient information which makes nervous to who it goes to?? Unfortunately my current insurance doesn't allow for many providers so I might have to stick with them but I'll use them as little as possible and I would avoid them if I could.
