At first glance, this pet boarding is small, i mean its located in a shopping center. The inside looks small and first impression of receptionists was not good. They barely said hello, took a few good seconds to look at me before they gave me an unenthusiastic hello. They could barely assist me because it was nap time. Like, what kind of place has nap times for dogs. I thought it was strange. The staff seems to always have to ask permission or verify things with the manager and I know from my experience, that means he's probably controlling and rude. I did end up speaking with him and just as i thought, he was pretty rude. These kind of first impressions definitely show me to never bring my dog here.
