  • I been seeing Dr. Chong for about 9 months. He is a excellent and has help 100% to get my blood sugar levels down to normal. The office staff leaves a lot to desired. Have have brought this to Dr. Chong's attention before. Unfortunately i find myself in the same situation as before only worse. I cannot get the medical assistant to call me back. Yesterday was Memorial Day. I am out of insulin pods for my pump because Jessica didn't call me back and apparently never sent in the clinical notes that the company requested so they could ship my recent order. I call on Saturday and had the on call dr call in to the pharmacy for a bottle of long acting insulin. My insulin pump uses a short acting insulin that mimicks the bodies production of insulin. Now with my blood sugars not being regulated by the pump, i may end up in need of medical attention, an er visit and a missed day of work. I would not recommend this office due to lack of service from the medical staff.
