  • I was in here yesterday and my service advisor was Lorenzo. I had talked to him a couple of times on the phone prior to coming in and so he already knew what needed to be done. They originally said that that I needed a new power steering pump, fluid flush, 2 new tires, and alignment. After dropping it off, they called me to let me know that it wasn't actually the pump and it was the hose leading there. Given that I was already planning on spending a certain amount, he mentioned that the serpentine belt was cracked, and that if I replaced that, it would still be less money than I was planning on spending. I really appreciate the honesty and will definitely be back.
