  • In my opinion the worst insurance company to deal with glass claims. I work at preferred glass shop and dealing with claims is a breeze with all other insurance companies. American family process is submit a claim through Safelite solution (another glass shop BTW), schedule a inspection on the vehicle, American Family calls customer, shop needs to call back with the customer on the line to finalize the claim.
